All medicine orders placed through WhatsApp or website forms are subject to product availability and price confirmation. Delivery inside Puri town is same-day; courier delivery across Odisha typically takes 1-3 working days.

Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI transfer as confirmed during WhatsApp order processing.
